SSYC Pursuit Series 2025

Milwaukee Bay Pursuit Series (MBPS) formerly MBSAS/SASS.  If you need to cut the lawn or take the kids to soccer on Saturday, but would still like to get a good sailboat race in later that day, this is the fleet for you. Born from the successful SS-SSS Wednesday night race format and evolving to what is now a self-managed Pursuit race format. It features a one race per day format in a limited season schedule. Each race will start at noon and sail on the same "fixed" course no matter which way the wind blows. The goal is for each race to last no longer than three hours, so you know you can be on and off the water quickly after a nice afternoon of competitive sailing. We git you a start time specific to your boat and the order of your finish indicates your final score. MBPS fleet members can also enter the MBOS fleet distance races for an additional charge - just complete and entry for a single MBOS race.
